If you are reserving to be part of an Open Retreat, put the retreat name in the “Group Name” field.
We will contact you once we have received your reservation form to confirm your dates of attendance and payment method (Cash, Check, Card) for your deposit. The balance of the retreat will need to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. We look forward to having you as a guest at The Queen's Rustic Retreat.
If you decide to cancel a retreat the deposit is fully refundable if canceled 60 days prior to the retreat. Cancellations made after the 60 days you forfeit the deposit.
